Uncuva’s No Results – No Fee Policy
- Introduction
Uncuva operates under a strict No Results, No Fee policy. This means you only pay for our services if we deliver measurable results. By engaging with Uncuva for Google Ads PPC and Lead Generation services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- One-Off Setup Charge
A non-refundable setup charge of £250 is required before the campaign begins. This fee covers:
- Initial strategy development and planning.
- Account setup, configurations, and integrations.
- Administrative work and onboarding.
This charge is separate from any advertising spend and does not count towards service fees under the No Results – No Fee policy.
- Eligibility for the No Results – No Fee Policy
To qualify for this policy, clients must:
- Adhere to Uncuva’s strategy recommendations, including ad spend and targeting criteria.
- Provide necessary business information, assets, and access required to run campaigns effectively.
- Maintain the agreed-upon minimum ad budget throughout the campaign duration.
- Definition of “Results”
“Results” are defined based on key performance indicators (KPIs) agreed upon before the campaign launch. These may include:
- A set number of qualified leads generated within a specified period.
- A predefined return on ad spend (ROAS) or conversion rate.
- Other measurable goals agreed upon in writing.
If the agreed results are not achieved within the specified timeframe, the client will not be required to pay Uncuva’s service fees (excluding third-party ad spend and the setup charge).
- Exclusions & Limitations
The No Results – No Fee policy does not apply if:
- The client makes changes to the campaign settings, budget, or ad content without Uncuva’s approval.
- External factors (e.g., industry changes, website downtime, force majeure) impact campaign performance.
- The client fails to provide required information or follow recommendations.
- The results are achieved but the client disputes lead quality outside of agreed parameters.
- Payment Terms
- The £250 setup charge is payable before the campaign begins and is non-refundable.
- If the agreed results are achieved, the client must pay Uncuva’s service fee as per the agreed terms.
- Payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice.
- Ad spend is the client’s responsibility and is not covered under this policy.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding results must be raised in writing within 7 days of the campaign’s conclusion. Uncuva will review the dispute and provide evidence to support the campaign’s performance.
- Amendments & Termination
Uncuva reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect. Uncuva may terminate this policy if a client repeatedly fails to comply with agreed requirements. This policy is subject to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
